Pick the plan that matches how you work. Paid plans give you a predictable monthly allowance, not a per-email charge, and moving down never costs you your data.
Early access. Online payment is not switched on yet. While archie is being tested, choosing a plan inside the app changes your plan straight away and no money is taken. The prices below are the planned launch prices and may change before billing starts.
What “premium” means. The premium tools, the full report suite and Customer Accounts, come with every paid plan, from Solo Service up. Everyone gets a 7-day free trial of both; after that you need a paid plan. The plans differ in allowances (AI replies and document reads) and in what you can connect, not in which premium tools you get. The report suite only fills in once you connect a store.

The report suite is included on every paid plan but only has something to show once a store is connected, which is part of Full Store. “AI-drafted replies” on the paid plans share one monthly pool with fulfilment actions. On Free, the allowance is a rolling 24 hours: an action frees up 24 hours after you used it.
How we treat you
No hard cut-offs
If a busy month runs over, archie checks for any top-up balance before it ever refuses an action. A busy month is a soft ceiling, not an interruption or a forced upgrade.
Never punished for not paying
Cancel and you return to the permanent free plan. Nothing is deleted, hidden or locked, on any plan, at any time.
A pool, not a meter
You pay one predictable price a month. There is no per-email or per-ticket charge and no seat licences.

Which plan do I need?
Match it to your business: Solo Service if you work without a website, Growth Studio if you have a marketing site, Full Store if you sell online through one or more channels. Start on Free: you will see your own usage before you decide.
Which plan do I need for the reports and customer accounts?
Any paid plan. Both are free for 7 days, then included with Solo Service, Growth Studio and Full Store alike. The plans differ in allowances and connections, not in which premium tools you get. Reports are populated from your connected stores and ad accounts, so they only have data once a store is connected.
What happens if I move to a lower plan?
Your data stays exactly as it is. You keep everything you have built; only the allowances and the features of the lower plan apply from then on.
Can I buy extra capacity?
Top-up packs for extra replies and document reads are planned for launch. Today, an administrator can grant a top-up balance by hand.
When does billing start?
When we finish connecting a payment provider. We will announce it well before any money is taken, and the free plan will not change.
