Customer accounts Premium
Invoices and estimates, without the shoebox.
Upload a document and archie reads it. You review, correct and save. Over time you get a running account for every customer and answers to the questions that matter: who owes what, who is slow to pay, which estimates turn into sales.
From a PDF to a customer account in four steps.
The AI drafts; you decide. Nothing is saved until you have reviewed it.
Upload
Drop in an invoice or estimate as a PDF, a Word file, or even a photographed or scanned page. archie extracts the text on your own computer first.
archie reads it
It drafts the customer's name and address, the document number and dates, each line item, and the subtotal, tax and total. For an estimate it captures a looser summary.
You review the draft
A form shows what archie found, next to a thumbnail of your original document. Correct anything that's wrong or missing. archie also warns you softly if it looks like a document you've already saved.
Save
The document joins that customer's account, which updates its totals automatically: invoiced, paid and still outstanding.

More that helps
Never start from a blank page twice
Turn any saved invoice or estimate into the starting point for a new one, so you don't retype a customer's details.
Your own words and details
Say estimate, proposal or quotation. Set your business name and address once, and they appear as the “from” details on generated PDFs.
Always reviewed
archie reads documents with AI, which can miss or misread a field. That is exactly why you see the draft first; nothing goes into your records unreviewed.
Works for any business
Online store, service business with a website, or email only: Customer Accounts is available on all of them, and it is off until you switch it on in Settings.
Private
The text is extracted on your computer. Reading it for the AI draft goes through the archie Hub, encrypted. Your accounts live in your own encrypted database. See Security & data.
Scanned pages
Photographed or scanned documents are read by OCR, which needs the free Tesseract program installed on your computer. Documents with real text (most PDFs and Word files) don't.
Plans and limits
Free for 7 days. After that you need a paid plan: Customer Accounts is a premium tool, included with every paid plan, each with a monthly allowance of document reads.
| Plan | Customer accounts |
|---|---|
| Free | 7-day trial, up to 5 documents in total |
| Solo Service £15/month | 50 documents a month |
| Growth Studio £35/month | 150 documents a month |
| Full Store £69/month | 300 documents a month |
If a busy month runs over, archie checks for any top-up balance before refusing; it is a soft ceiling, not a hard stop. Full pricing.
