The basic ground rules for using archie during early access.
Draft. These plain-language terms describe our intent during early access. They have not been reviewed by a lawyer and will be replaced by full terms before public launch.
Early access
archie is early software. Features may change, and some connections are newer than others. Please keep your own backups of anything important.
Your content
Your business data is yours. We use it only to provide archie's features to you.
You are in control of what gets sent
archie drafts replies and reads documents; you review and approve them. You are responsible for what you send to your customers and for the accuracy of invoices and estimates you save.
Plans and payments
Payments are not switched on yet. While they are off, changing plan in the app does not charge you. We will announce billing well before it starts. The free plan is intended to remain available indefinitely, and moving to a lower plan never deletes your data.
Acceptable use
Please don't use archie to send spam, to break the law, or to attack the service or other people.
No guarantee
AI-written text can be wrong. Review it before it reaches a customer. During early access, archie is provided as it is, without warranty.
