Reports

The analyst you couldn't afford.

Five questions about your business, answered with your own real orders: What sells, Who buys, When, Where, and Why. The report suite is free to try for 7 days, then comes with any paid plan.

The charts below are examples with made-up figures, drawn to show what each report looks like. In archie they are built from your own orders, customers and ad spend. Reports are for online-store businesses; service businesses get the Customer Accounts reports instead.

What

What sells, and what goes with what.

  • Revenue by category, and the category mix by month for your top five
  • Shipping: revenue and the distribution of rates customers pay
  • Product affinity: which products are bought together, to guide cross-selling
  • Single-item against composite orders: how many baskets are one thing and how many are bundles

Each row is customers who first bought in that month; each cell is the share who bought again.

Who

Who your customers are, and who comes back.

  • Demographics by gender and generation, and purchases by implied income band
  • Repeat against one-off buyers, and repeat propensity by generation and gender
  • Repeat-buyer cohorts by order count
  • New customers by month and cohort retention (the chart here)
  • Basket size for repeat and one-off customers
  • Support linkage: how often orders lead to tickets, by category, basket size and region

Demographic reports use country-aware name classification, so they are indicative rather than exact.

When

When you sell, and where it's heading.

  • Sales by month, year over year, with this year against last
  • Year-to-date and custom date-range comparisons
  • Basket size over time, and the mix of basket sizes
  • Daily orders for the last 30 days of data
  • Revenue forecast with a likely range, aware of seasonality

Where

Where your customers are.

  • Orders by location on a map
  • Top cities, as here
  • Weather correlation: whether warm or wet days move your sales
  • Country support for the UK, USA, Ireland, France and Germany

Why

Which marketing and discounts actually work.

  • Ad spend overview across your connected platforms, with spend by campaign and spend against revenue over time
  • Meta ads in depth: spend and orders, cost per order and CPM, efficiency by day of week, a seasonal cost-per-order heatmap and spend-to-orders correlation
  • Efficiency measures: customer-acquisition cost and return on ad spend
  • Coupons: breakdown, top codes, discount against revenue, discounts by month and how deep discounts go
  • Referral and affiliate codes, and a campaign comparison tool

Ad efficiency compares total spend with total attributed results; it does not link individual orders to individual campaigns.

Access & plans

How you get the reports.

7-day free trial

The whole suite is yours to explore for your first 7 days, with no card and no commitment.

Then any paid plan

After the trial the full suite is included with every paid plan, Solo Service up. That is what “premium” means. On the free plan you keep the Overview dashboard permanently.

Nothing is lost

Your data is never deleted or hidden if a trial ends or a plan lapses. Reports simply wait for you.

The reports are populated from your connected store (and ad accounts): they are included on every paid plan, but have data to show only once a store is connected. Connecting stores and ad platforms is part of the Full Store plan. See pricing and the connectors.

Try the reports on your own store.
