Dashboards
One screen for how the business is doing.
The Overview dashboard is free, permanently, with no expiry and no data ever locked. It replaces the morning ritual of checking five platforms. Deeper analysis lives in the report suite, a premium tool.
Overview Free forever
Today, this month, this year.
The page is organised by time, so you can answer the question you actually have: “how is today going?”, “how is this month going?”, “how are we doing this year?”
Example, with made-up figures.
Orders by hour, today
Sales by month, this year against last
What's on the Overview
Today
- Daily sales KPIs: orders, revenue, average order
- Compared with the same day last month and last year
- Latest orders and revenue by hour
- Today's product breakdown
This month
- This month against last month and last year
- Daily orders for the most recent 30 days
- This month's product breakdown
This year
- Year-to-date comparison and previous-year comparison
- Sales by month, and year over year by month
- A revenue forecast and basket size over time
Right now
- Open tickets, with drafts waiting for you
- Recent orders
- A getting-started checklist until you've done the basics
Always honest
Everything is your real data. If a chart has nothing to show yet, it says so and tells you what would fill it, rather than showing an impressive-looking fake.
Works offline
The Overview is built from the encrypted database on your own computer, so it works with no connection and no dependency on any external service.
For service businesses
A lean dashboard with no empty store screens.
If you run a service business (with or without a website), your dashboard is built around what you actually do: customer messages. It keeps the open-ticket view, the getting-started checklist and sync status, and hides orders, reports and budget pages you would never use. Add customer accounts and you get invoice and estimate tracking and its reports.
If you start selling online later, one switch brings the store screens back, and nothing you have already set up is lost.

If a trial ends or a plan lapses, nothing is deleted or hidden: you simply keep the free tools.
