Useful things to include
- Setup trouble: your email provider (Gmail, Outlook, other) and the exact message you saw.
- Gmail early access: the Gmail address you want to connect.
- An email archie drafted badly: describe it without sending private customer details unless you are happy to.
- Security concerns: what you found and how to reproduce it. See Security & data.
